Shipping Issues:

1. Lost or Stolen Packages:

   - If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.

   - Once the claim is approved, they will reach out to us, and we can assist with a replacement order.

2. Shipping Delays:

   - We do our best to ship orders promptly; however, unforeseen delays can occur due to weather or carrier issues.

   - If your package is delayed, please reach out to us for assistance in tracking it.

3. Processing Time:

   - We ship products out twice a week, so please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Delivery Address

Please note that we will make every effort to modify the delivery address after you place your order, but we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to accommodate changes. Our customer service team typically responds within 48-72 business hours, excluding weekends. Thank you for your understanding!

International Orders

Please be aware that your package may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. As the customer, you are responsible for these fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order, as these charges can vary and may be significant. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees for you.

Return Policy
